Plasma cutting or burning is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut by this process include steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, as well as, other conductive metals. At Falls Metal Fabricators & Industrial Services we combine state-of-the-art CNC cutting technology with high quality and attention to detail. Our dedicated staff of programmers, machine operators and material handlers have expertise with a wide variety of applications when it comes to plasma cutting operations.

PLASMA BURNING

We provide plasma cutting services to produce custom shapes from aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon sheets. Our machines are capable of producing high quality components with a high quality edge, providing many different advantages, depending on the application. With our plasma table, we can handle a thickness between .0187" up to 1.5" sheet metal.

Plasma cutting generally is a very efficient process. Our 130 amp high definition plasma cutting system is capable of holding sheet and plate material up to 10' in length and 5' in width. In addition to thickness and precision, there are a variety of factors that determine which cutting method is optimal for a given application, and our engineers can go over these parameters with customers on an individual basis.

Our state-of-the-art plasma cutter can create unique shapes with different types of metals to meet exact specifications.
